When will I receive my order?

Standard Delivery - FREE

Guaranteed 48 Hour Delivery £6.95

UK Mainland Standard Delivery:

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends]

The cost of UK and Northern Ireland Standard Delivery is FREE and your order will be sent out via parcel service on the same day if placed by 3pm.*

Track Your Order!

All orders can be tracked using a link sent to you once your order reaches the carrier, you will then be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK Guaranteed 48 Hour Delivery:

If you order by 3pm, Monday to Wednesday, you should receive your goods within 48 hours - £6.95

Or if you order by 3pm, Thursday or Friday, you should receive your goods within two working days - £6.95

The cost of UK Guaranteed 48 Hour Delivery is £6.95 and your order will be sent out via parcel service.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!
Track Your Order!

The cost of Channel Islands Standard Delivery is £18.51, with delivery in 3-5 working days.
The cost of Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery is £13.01, with delivery in 3-5 working days.

All orders can be tracked using a link sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, you will then be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

* This offer does not apply to the Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland.

RETURNS

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a "*" next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and keep your recorded delivery and/or proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund. Please send your returned goods to:

Can I return an item bought from www.pauls-boutique.com to a store selling Paul's Boutique items?
Unfortunately you cannot return items purchased from this website to stores selling Paul's Boutique merchandise.

What amount will i be refunded if I have received the wrong item?
You will be refunded the full value of the item(s) returned, the original delivery charge and the returns postage to us. The care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that you send the parcel by Royal Mail recorded/standard signed for delivery and keep a copy of the tracking number/receipt just in case your parcel goes missing. 

Please be aware that we can only refund up to £10 for returns postage, (we will make reasonable allowances for high value items or for multiple item returns). 

Paul's Boutique is not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the returns process.

If a customer returns an item for an exchange of the same item, we can offer a straight exchange. If the customer would like to order an alternative, they will need to be given a refund before ordering the alternative item. This does not apply if the customer would like a replacement of the same item, but if we are out of stock then we are able to just offer a straight exchange.

Up to 28 days a full refund or exchange is available. After 28 days and up to 6 months an exchange is available only. If over 6 months no exchanges or refunds.

Earrings:

Strictly no refunds or returns unless the goods are faulty.

Clothing:

Up to 28 days a full refund or exchange is available. Perfume needs to be returned in its original condition.

If your item was purchased from an official Paul?s Boutique stockist then you MUST take up your dispute with the retailer. Under no circumstance will we accept returns from items purchased at stores at the website distribution centre.
