Terms & Conditions for Paul's Boutique Discount Voucher

• Online gift vouchers are not redeemable in-store, only online.
• Vouchers are sent via email to either yourself or to a recipient of your choice
• The value of the voucher is only redeemable against PB products.
• Online gift vouchers are valid for one year only, we cannot extend vouchers that are near expiration. We cannot replace vouchers that have expired.
• The voucher can only be used on our UK web store (www.pauls-boutique.com)
• All Paul's Boutique Ltd online gift vouchers can be redeemed on goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. If vouchers are exchanged for goods of a lower value your voucher value will be reduced to the new value. The same code will be valid to use to redeem the remainder of the voucher balance.
• Online Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or for goods already supplied or ordered.
• Online gift vouchers cannot be refunded
• All purchases via our website or telesales are subject to payment authorisation
• You cannot use your voucher to purchase other gift vouchers
• These vouchers are not transferable to anyone else
• No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded

How do I Activate my Gift Voucher

To Activate your Online Gift Voucher, simply login to your account (using the email address on the voucher) and click the "Gift Vouchers" link, then click on "Activate Voucher"

Enter the Voucher Code and click Activate.

Your voucher will then be able to be used, subject to the terms and conditions above.

You will be able to view the balance and any transactions on your current Online Gift Vouchers.
