DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends]

The cost of UK and Northern Ireland Standard Delivery is £4.95 or FREE on orders over £80 and your order will be sent out via parcel service on the same day if placed by 3pm.*
Track Your Order!

All orders can be tracked using a link sent to you once your order reaches the carrier, you will then be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

UK Guaranteed 48 Hour Delivery:

If you order by 3pm, Monday to Wednesday, you will receive your goods within 48 hours - £6.95

Or if you order by 3pm, Thursday or Friday, you will receive your goods within two working days - £6.95

The cost of UK Guaranteed 48 Hour Delivery is £6.95 and your order will be sent out via parcel service.

If you order anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Wednesday.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!
Track Your Order!

The cost of Channel Islands Standard Delivery is £18.51, with delivery in 3-5 working days.
The cost of Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery is £13.01, with delivery in 3-5 working days.

All orders can be tracked using a link sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, you will then be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

* This offer does not apply to the Channel Islands or Republic of Ireland.

RETURNS

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a "*" next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and keep your recorded delivery and/or proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund. Please send your returned goods to:

Please note that Paul's Boutique do not offer pre-paid postal returns.

Returns sent without a dispatch note can take longer to process. Please ensure you include this with your returned items.

Have you received my returned goods?
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse we will email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.

Can I return an item bought from www.pauls-boutique.com to a store selling Paul's Boutique items?
Unfortunately you cannot return items purchased from this website to stores selling Paul's Boutique merchandise.

What if I have received the wrong item?
We do our best to ensure that this never happens but if you do receive the wrong item, you should contact Customer Care Team, quoting your order number. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

What amount will I be refunded?
Delivery charges are non refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect) so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly. The cost and care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. Paul's Boutique is not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the returns process.
